There are several ways to place your order: this website, FB Messenger or Viber. 

If ordering through FB Messenger or Viber, please make sure to send your contact information (name, mobile # and address) together with your order list. 


If you are ordering through this website, follow the steps below: 

  1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT. If this is your first time using this site, you are free to browse and see what we have to offer. When you're ready to make a purchase, you should create an account.
  2. FILL UP YOUR CART. Select the products that you would like to order by clicking "ADD TO CART" or "JOIN THE PASABUY". Some items are on hand and some are pre-ordered/pooled for "pasabuy".
  3. CHECKOUT. During check out, you will be able to select the pickup/shipping and payment method for your order. You also have the option to be notified via SMS or FB Messenger regarding your order, feel free to take advantage of that feature!
  4. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER. Send us a Viber or FB Messenger message so we can confirm that we have your on hand and schedule the dispatch/delivery.
  5. PAY AMOUNT DUE. After receiving confirmation, kindly remit payment through selected payment method. Don't forget to send a screenshot of your payment confirmation!
  6. WAIT FOR UPDATES. We will get in touch with you in case we have further questions / concerns regarding your order. Please make sure to provide correct contact information so we can reach you.
  7. PICK UP/RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. When we've confirmed that all your orders are on hand, we will coordinate with you for the delivery. You can either personally pick up your orders or pick up via 3rd party courier service provider. For certain locations and conditions, we offer free delivery.   

You can change or cancel your order anytime before the order cut off.

If you have placed an order through our website, please send us a Viber message so we can manually edit or cancel your order.

After the cut off, orders will be submitted to the supplier. Once our orders have been confirmed with the supplier, you can no longer cancel it. Bear in mind that some suppliers require minimum order quantity for delivery to Acacia Estates, so cancelling your order last minute might mean we won’t meet the minimum order quantity.  

For Gulay Pasabuy we pool orders for delivery to Acacia Estates every Monday and Friday. We are able to get reasonably priced vegetables because we have more than 200kg of orders every week.  

The Daily Palengke Pabili is a delivery service we offer our clients who need products delivered to them the same day or the next day. We have wet market suppliers near Acacia Estates that can provide us with fresh vegetables, meat, seafood and other palengke finds. 9am cut off for same day delivery. 6pm cut off for next day delivery. Available daily.


We have the following payment options:

  • BPI
  • BDO
  • Paymaya 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available for residents located in areas where we offer free delivery. For customers in other location, COD is also available through Grab Pabili or Lalamove Purchase service. 

After remitting your payment through your chosen payment method, please send the proof of payment or payment confirmation to us through FB Messenger (m.me/ojsvirtualstore), Viber, or through email.  

After placing an order with us, wait for our confirmation (via SMS/Viber/FB Messenger) before paying. Please proceed to remit the payment for your order through your selected payment option (unless you are selected COD as payment option).

For chicken, fresh seafood, meat, vegetables & fruits, these products are sold by weight. The price indicated in our website is the price per kilo (or price per 500g). You final bill may be subject to change based on the actual weight of your order. Your total bill will be adjusted and additional payment (or refund) may be necessary. We will be in touch with you in case.   


We strive to offer high quality products and do our best to make sure that you receive your orders to your satisfaction.

We request that quality of the products be inspected upon receipt of your order. Please inform us immediately if you have any complaints. After 24 hours from receipt of the products, we assume that you are satisfied with your orders. 

For any concerns about the freshness and quality, please do send us a photo of the products so we have proof when giving feedback to the suppliers. There may be times we will require that the actual product be returned (like for seafood orders) so we can give this feedback to the supplier. We will refund you for any payments made for the products in question. 

In case you are entitled for a refund, the refund will be credited to your account (via fund transfer to bank account or e-wallet) within 7-14 working days. Please inform us if you prefer claim your refund as credits to your next order instead. 


Yes we do! We offer free delivery for certain locations: 

  • Acacia Estates - pick up point by the property gates or building lobby (if allowed), for villages can be delivered to the house 
  • Cypress Towers - pick up point by the property gate or building lobby (if allowed)
  • Pamayanang Diego Silang (PDS) - we have 2 pickup points: at the corner of talipapa near police station and by the covered court
  • Grace Residences - pick up point by the property gate 

For clients in other location, delivery fee is determined by the 3rd party courier service to be used (i.e. Grabb, Lalamove, Transportify). Orders are to be picked up in Acacia Estates. 
Please coordinate with us. 

Heavy products like the 25kg sack of rice is for pick up only (personal pickup or via 3rd party courier service) and is excluded from the free delivery service (for now). Thank you for understanding the current setup, we are working on how to make things more convenient for you.  

Since we pool pre-orders for most of the products in the virtual store, you will receive your orders as soon as items are delivered to Acacia Estates. Watch out for the Community Advisory for the weekly pasabuy delivery schedule.

Golden Grains & Healthy Alternative and on hand products take only 1-2 days lead time to order. Weekday delivery.

DailyFresh Seafood and DailyFresh Palengke Pabili have 1 day lead time to order. 6pm cut off for next day delivery. Daily delivery – You even have the option to select the delivery date.

In case you ordered products with different pasabuy delivery dates, we will coordinate with you when you can expect to receive your order.
